九月份小拇子:斑兰飘香(Pandan)
















小拇子(LTU)9月份来到娘子家了。

欢迎大家一起来分享您家的 Pandan 作品和食谱,大家一起来参与吧!!

参与方法简单。大家的作品要有 Pandan 的成份。

比如:斑兰口味的糕点(娘惹糕、马来糕点、传统糕点)、斑兰鸡、饼干、面包、馒头、戚风蛋糕、甜品、糖水、咖椰等等。
如果近期内,您家里有着 Pandan 口味的作品要分享,不妨可以贴上以上'小拇子说好' (Little Thumbs Up)的标签就可以参加了。

一个小小的步骤就是将分享作品的其中一张照片连接到这个帖子来即可。就是在以下‘大眼睛青蛙’那里一 click,把作品照片贴上就可以了。谢谢大家!





LTU Pandan # 1 : Pandan Kuih Kosui












Pandan Kuih Kosui  



材料:

粘米粉 - 125克
木薯粉 - 25克
细砂糖 - 110克
斑兰汁 - 500克 (十几片的pandan叶搅成pandan汁)
枧水 1/2茶匙
表层 :

嫩白椰丝 - 100克 }
盐 - 1/4茶匙

* 把椰丝+盐一起蒸一会儿 *


做法:

1)蒸糕的杯子涂一点油备用。
2)将全部材料搅拌均匀,放入锅中稍微煮至少许浓稠。
3)把面糊倒入小杯里7分满。
4)再把杯子放入煮滚的蒸锅里蒸约25分钟。
5)蒸好后,把pandan糕取出。将椰丝放在pandan 糕上一起吃。








简单的 Pandan Kuih Kosui,放入冰箱后再使用。冰凉的感觉也不错的。好像凉糕一样。
这糕点也非常适于茶会招待。朋友家里有聚会,娘子都喜欢准备这个。
