斑兰沙葛粿

‘绿色活动’很快又说结束。希望大家能继续支持小姆子接下来的主题活动。10月份的主题是“Soy”(黄豆,大豆之作)。有关详情可以参考这里

斑兰沙葛粿

份量 :30个

皮材料:

澄粉 200克
薯粉 120克
盐 (1点)
糖 1茶匙
油 2汤匙
斑兰精华液 1汤匙
滚水 420 - 440克

表层:蒜香油涂面


做法:

1)将澄粉和薯粉放入盆中,混合备用。
2)把糖、盐、斑兰精华液加入沸水里搅拌,再冲入粉中,用木棍快速搅拌成软团。
3)加入油,揉成带韧性面团。
4)分割小团,擀成圆薄片,包入馅料。
5)将菜粿排入涂上油的蒸盘上,大火蒸10分钟即可。
6)取出后,在粿上抹上少许的蒜香油,配上辣椒酱即可。

    Bow bow... Salute salute... You have been a fantastic Pandan host!!! Doreen and I are very happy that you have agreed to host this event and you have done it so well :D Despite that my Chinese is yucky... I have to say 你太棒了!!!

    What a great way to conclude your event with these delicious pandan 沙葛粿 !!!
