南瓜咖椰 ( Pumpkin Jam)

南瓜咖椰还是第一次做。
原来不是想象中的复杂。而且味道还不错的。
喜欢 。。喜欢。。
下次还可以为吃素的朋友准备这个呢!











南瓜咖椰 (Pumpkin Jam)

份量: 1罐

材料 :

南瓜泥 200克
椰奶 100克 
赤砂糖 50-60克 或 适量 
pandan叶 数片(打结) 





【做法】

1)把蒸好的南瓜泥加入椰奶一起搅拌。倒入食物搅拌机打烂。过滤一遍。 
2)然后倒入小锅里。加入适量的糖和班兰叶用隔水煮
法以中小火煮至浓稠即可。(大约十五至二十分钟) 
3)将煮好的咖椰(把班兰叶取掉)倒入空罐里。完全冷后才关盖。




小小分享


*在锅里(有水那层贴一块布或毛巾)然后再把小锅放在毛巾上,隔水把咖椰煮好。
*这样煮出来的咖椰就不容易粗。会比较滑嫩的。
*这个法方可以不须不停的搅拌。就是可以比较轻松地咖椰完成。因为这不会那么粘锅。容易操作。

    Thanks for linking up! I once made a pumpkin kaya before, but it was with custard powder. Your recipe seems much easier and the texture looks good too. Thanks also for sharing the tip of putting a cloth in the water-bath, I will try it out!
    Regarding the question you asked on my blog, yes, you can post all fruits and veggies harvested in Autumn, not just pumpkins alone. And the pumpkin recipes you posted the past few days from 1 Oct to 4 Oct can be linked up as well, as long as they fall within the date range of 1 Oct to 30 Nov.
