蒜香南瓜炒饭 + 蔬菜天妇罗 = 简易日式晚餐
蒜香南瓜炒饭
材料:
白饭 2碗
蒜 1/2个 (切碎)
南瓜丁 1-2两碗
鸡蛋 2个
调味料:
海盐 少许
蒜香粒 / 蒜香粉 少许
胡椒粉少许
鱼露 少许
装饰:葱花 (适量)
[做法]
1) 锅加热后,加入少许的油将蒜粒爆香。
2)加入南瓜一起炒香。然后把这材料推到锅的一边,将蛋敲入锅里,炒香,弄碎。
2)然后蛋和南瓜粒一起炒拌,加入白饭炒拌均匀。再调入适量的调味料,把饭炒至粒粒有弹性即可盛起享用。
