巧克力豆满芬(Chocolate Chip Muffin)




和宝贝们一起玩烘焙是件开心、温馨的事 。。。。。。
一道无需用电动搅拌机,只需手拌式轻易搅拌的面糊,和家里小孩一起做这蛋糕蛮适合的。










巧克力豆满芬


材料:

(A)
低筋面粉 1 + 1/2杯
Valrhona 巧克力粉 1/2杯
发粉 2茶匙
小苏打 1/3茶匙
细砂糖 3/4杯
巧克力豆 1杯


(B)
鲜奶 1杯
粟米油 1/3杯 + 2茶匙
鸡蛋 1个
Vanilla香草精 1茶匙


表层:巧克力粒



做法:

1)所有粉类过筛备用。A材料放入一个容器里一起搅拌均匀。
2)把所有B液体材料放在另一个容器里搅拌均匀。
3)将A材料和B材料一起用打蛋器搅拌均匀即可。不许过渡搅拌。
4)把巧克力面糊倒入满芬杯里至7分满。表层撒上适量巧克力豆或巧克力粒。
5)预热烤箱以170度,烘烤大约25-30分钟或至熟即可。












Chocolate Chip Muffin

Ingredients :

(A)

plain flour  /  superfine flour 1 + 3/4 cup
baking powder 2 tsp
baking soda 1/3 tsp
Valrhona cocoa powder 1/2 cup
superfine sugar 3/4 cup
chocolate chips 1 cup


(B) 

milk 1 cup
corn oil  or  vegetable oil 1/3 cup + 2 tsp
egg 1 pc
pure vanilla extract 1 tsp


Top : chocolate chips or chocolate balls

Method:

1. Line muffin tin with paper cups.
2. Put all (A) dry ingredients into a large bowl.
3. Pour all the (B) wet ingredients into a another bowl.
4. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together (the batter should be lumpy, do not over-mix)
5. Spoon into the prepared muffin cups.
6. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
7. Preheat oven 170C, bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the muffins risen and springy.
