简易日式芝麻花生酱蒸豆腐

一道非常简易的蒸豆腐。用来送饭、送面条感觉挺好的。













简易日式芝麻花生酱蒸豆腐

材料:

日本蛋豆腐 - 3个(切块)
大白菜 - 大约 10 片
日式芝麻花生酱 - 数汤匙



做法:

1)日本蛋豆腐切开。把大白菜洗清洁后铺在蒸盘里。然后把豆腐排好。
2)倒入适量的芝麻花生酱。
3)蒸锅加水开热后,把豆腐放入锅里蒸上 8 - 10分钟即可。取出后,撒上少许的青葱即可享用。






非常简单的做法。每逢初一十五,娘子都会准备这个来配面条一起吃。因为很方便。

  3. 这个日式芝麻花生酱有点小贵。。
    之前看过一个意面食谱要用这个酱,但每次在A-market看了价钱就是不舍得带回家,呵呵呵!:P
