一天,陪同相公到五金店订货。看见老板娘一副无精打采的模样。一边手而抚着脸部说牙疼。
相公:啊,怪不得见你好像瘦了。
老板娘:是吗?真的有瘦吗?
相公:有啊,变得更美丽!
老板娘:真的吗?
相公:牙疼可以减肥。
老板娘有点开心的回答:可以减肥那就很好啊!
相公:那么你就继续每天牙疼吧!
老板娘立刻回答:啊,choi、choi、choi 。才不要!牙疼到头也疼了。就快不能工作了。
相公那个调皮的模样,让站在一旁的娘子忍不住也要笑了。
这是娘子自小就喜爱的糖水之一。
一道简单又清淡的腐竹玉米白果糖水也陪家人度过了一个雨后的星期六下午 。。。。。。
腐竹玉米白果糖水
材料:
腐竹(干)100克(预先用滚水浸泡至软)
白果肉 120克 (拨开中间去心)
新鲜玉米粒 2大杯
冰糖 150克或适量
鸡蛋 2个(稍微搅散)
清水 3公升
班兰叶 数片(洗清洁后,打结)
做法:
1)首先把清水和班兰叶放入锅里,煮热后加入白果肉煮滚。然后加入腐竹和玉米粒。
2)再加入适量的冰糖。最后加入蛋液。
3)这糖水可以趁热吃,也可以冷且放入冰箱后再享用也可。
Bean Stick、Ginkgo Nuts and Sweet Corn Dessert
Ingredients:
Bean stick (dry) 100gm (washed and soak)

Ginkgo nuts 100gm (remove the bit in center)
Sweet corn 2 cups
Rock sugar 150gm
Eggs 2 pcs ( lightly beaten )
Pandan leaves ( 5pcs )
Water 3.00 Lit
Method:
1) In a soup pot, fill water together with ginkgo nuts and pandan leaves, bring to boil. After that, add in bean stick. Cook till bean stick turn smooth, then add in eggs.

2) Boil for about 5 minutes, add in rock sugar, cook for another 5 more minutes or till all sugar dissolved.
3) Serve as hot dessert or can be eaten chilled.
