黄梨酥

不知不觉,春节即将到来。
6、5、4、3、2、1。。。。。。开始倒数了。嘻。嘻。嘻。
到处可见烧烤肉干、蕉柑、礼篮、新年曲奇饼、
红彤彤灯笼的出售。气氛还蛮浓厚的。
车辆也陆续开始增加。可见唐人街或华人众多的地区有车龙的出现了。
新年。。。。。。仍然是热闹和开心的。








黄利酥,娘子喜欢的。新春佳节里当然也少不了它。



黄梨酥

材料:
牛油 - 200克
玉米油 - 50克
糖粉 - 50克
蛋黄 - 50克(2 个)
低筋面粉 - 300克
牛奶粉 - 50克
发粉 - 1/3 茶匙 

馅料 :市售黄梨馅

表层 :蛋黄 - 1个  /  鲜奶 1小匙(加入一起搅拌成均匀的蛋黄液)




做法:

1。牛油、玉米油和糖粉打至松软。
2。加入蛋黄,一起搅拌大约1分钟。
3。再筛入面粉、发粉和奶粉便搅拌均匀。
4。把面团平均分成大约7-8克左右。用手搓圆后,压扁。
5。在包入一颗黄梨馅。印出自己喜欢的形状便可。
6。涂上蛋黄液,烤箱预热以170度烘18分钟。

      是的。corn oil或sun flower oil就可以了。如果是花生油就会有点味道的。
