娘惹黄梨挞(Nyonya Pineapple Tart)

时间过得很快,又说来到年大初七(人日)。
娘子不只开工,而且也开炉了。
食谱和材料都准备好了,可是新年前没时间做这黄梨挞,
一开炉,就做了黄梨挞给自己和朋友。

再次也祝大家:生日快乐!年年有余!









娘惹黄梨挞(Nyonya Pineapple Tart)

材料:
牛油 - 200克
糖粉 - 30克
蛋黄 - 2个
低筋面粉 - 280克
牛奶粉 - 20克 (可以不放)
粟米粉 - 50克
蛋黄粉 - 10克
黄梨馅 - 300克

做法:
1)把牛油和糖粉一起搅拌均匀至稍微发白。
2)加入蛋黄搅拌均匀。
3)筛入所有的粉类搅拌成面团。
4)把面团铺平,用模子压出花形,放在烤盘上。
5)将适量的黄梨馅搓圆,放在花形面团上。
6)预热烤箱,165度烘烤大约18分钟至金黄便可。

过新年,最开心的还是小朋友了。
没想到,相公还会陪着宝贝们一起玩烟花呢!哈!哈!哈!
回想起,其实有烟花炮竹声的新年才是咱们童年的回忆。。。。。。

    Almost forget about this 7th day of CNY... "Happy Birthday" to you and your family. As always, your food-photography is great and your Nyonya tarts look wonderful, firm and easy to handle. I would love to try this recipe one day.
