见到Esther家的咖哩角就好喜欢了。
知道这是大宝和相公的最爱。所以就赶快开工。
把薄饼皮包多几层,厚一些,炸好的咖哩角比较脆口。
娘子不爱油炸小吃。但是相公和宝贝们都叫好。
好啦,好啦,有空再做。开心就好。
马铃薯咖哩角 (Curry Samosa)

咖哩馅料:
马铃薯 (切丁)
大洋葱 (切丁)
咖喱叶 数片
咖喱粉 、Curry Paste (适量)
盐 、黄砂糖 、清水 (适量)
[做法]
1。锅开热,加点油爆香洋葱,加入咖喱叶、curry paste和咖喱粉炒香,加入马铃薯炒均匀。
2。再加入所有调味料一起炒,加入水份,关盖焖一下。马铃薯软了,炒到干水。把咖哩盛起待冷、备用。
材料:
薄饼皮 (Spring Roll Pastry)
蛋白
[综合做法]
1)把薄饼皮剪成适量的长型度,把适量的马铃薯咖哩馅料放在薄饼皮上,开始折上三角形,
再随着三角形状继续折上至到尾段,然后涂上少许的蛋白液把包饼皮封口。
2)锅烧热,加入炸油开热,然后把咖哩角放入油炸至金黄色即可捞起。
