马德拉岛蛋糕 (Nigella's Lawson Mother In Law Madeira Cake - Bake-Along #79 )

昨天一早看到Lena分享这道蛋糕,
很好奇和心动,立刻就开炉烤出一道充满香气的马德拉岛蛋糕。







这蛋糕是道简单的磅蛋糕。加入了柠檬,有了柠檬香气。
还有表层撒上适量的砂糖,烘烤出来的蛋糕上会有一层“脆皮” 。



马德拉岛蛋糕 
Nigella's Lawson Mother In Law Madeira Cake 


材料:

牛油 120克 
细砂糖 75克 
 柠檬皮屑 1/2个柠檬
B鸡蛋 2个
自发面粉 100克
低筋面粉 50克
 柠檬汁 2汤匙 (1/2个柠檬)

细砂糖 (撒面) 少许 - 适量即可


[ 做法 ]

1)预热烤箱,170度。粉类过筛。备用。
2)牛油和糖一起打发至乳白色。加入柠檬皮屑拌均。
3)分次加入鸡蛋液搅拌均匀。 然后用汤匙分次加入粉用刮刀搅拌均匀。
4)最后拌入柠檬汁,混合成均匀的面糊。
5)将面糊倒入适量的烤模里,面层撒上适量的细砂糖。
6)放入烤箱。以170度烘烤大约50分钟左右或至表层变得金黄褐色即可。
