Nasi Lemak (椰浆饭)

干不完的工作,停一停,放松心情。
看不惯的习俗,静一静,顺其自然好了。
生不完的闷气,说一说,心境宽广。
尽不完的孝心,走一走,常常回家看看吧!




Nasi Lemak 可说是‘国饭’。好久没吃了,这一天在家里煮了它。
椰浆饭飘香,还真地喜欢这股味道。




  Nasi Lemak (椰浆饭)


材料:

香米 2杯
清水 1.5杯
椰浆 1 杯
盐 1.5茶匙
斑兰叶 数片(洗净打结)
油 少许
香茅 2个(拍烂)
姜 1/2个
葱头仔 2粒(切碎)



【做法】

1)米洗净, 滤干水。放入电饭锅里备用。
2)锅烧热,放入一点点食油,把香茅,葱头,姜碎加入爆香。
3)把所有液体材料加了盐,搅拌均匀。把液体倒入饭锅,在把(2)的香料加入。
4)把所有材料混合好。然后开电把椰浆饭煮熟即可。
