香蕉海绵蛋糕

香蕉海绵蛋糕

份量:9’ X 9’ 正方模 - 1 个 


材料:

AA蛋黄 6个、粟米油 60克、香蕉泥 250克、
椰奶 3汤匙、低筋面粉 140克、干椰丝 4汤匙

AA蛋白 6个、细砂糖 70克、白醋 (数滴)


【做法】

1)蛋黄+油搅拌均匀,加入香蕉泥+椰奶一起拌匀。
2)筛入低筋面粉和干椰丝搅拌成均匀的香蕉蛋黄面糊。
3)蛋白+醋打起泡,再继续加入糖打至湿性发泡为止。
4)把蛋白霜分次加入蛋黄香蕉面糊里。搅拌均匀。
5)将面糊倒入烤模里。送入预热后的烤箱,170度烘烤大约50分钟或表面金黄色即可。
6)蛋糕烘好后,立刻取出倒扣,待凉后才脱模切开享用。
