苹果派 ( Apple Pie )

这形状的派不好看。呜呜呜 。。。。。。
家里宝贝说这是“毛虫”饼!


知道小孩不爱肉桂(Cinnamon)的味道。所以就不加它。
这苹果派还真香脆好吃的。6个,做得太少了!



苹果派 ( Apple Pie )

材料:

苹果 1红 + 1青 (切丁)
柠檬 3片
牛油 1汤匙
赤砂糖 2汤匙
蜂蜜 1汤匙
盐 少许
玉米粉 少许
市售酥皮 (小片)6个

表层:蛋液


【做法】

1)苹果切丁后可以用盐水泡过或无需。
2)锅里,加入牛油,把苹果丁和柠檬片放入锅里一起炒拌。
3)开始出水泡泡时,加入赤砂糖炒拌,再加入盐和蜂蜜。
4)最后加入玉米粉炒拌至浓稠、水干。捞起。
5)一张酥派皮,放上适量色苹果馅料,对折关平。把边压紧。
6)表层抹上一层蛋液。送入预热后的烤箱,以170度烘烤大约20分钟或至表层变得金黄色即可。
