元宝芝司凤梨酥 (Cheesy Pineapple Tarts)







没涂蛋液的凤梨酥。
 



早几天见 Sonia 用了黄梨模子做了芝司凤梨酥。
让娘子想起在去年曾买下了一个元宝模型都还没开张的。
所以在这喜气洋洋的春节里就让它亮相吧!











芝司凤梨酥 (Cheesy Pineapple Tarts)


食谱取自: Nasi Lemak Lover


牛油 175克 
练奶 50克
A蛋黄 1个
芝司粉 25克
低筋面粉 235克
 
馅料:黄梨馅 大约 8克 X 35份
表层涂面: 蛋黄 1个

[做法]

1)牛油+练奶搅拌至松发后,加入蛋黄搅拌均匀。
2)最后筛入低筋面粉、芝司粉搅拌成面团。
3)取出适量饼皮包入馅料,再搓圆放入元宝模子里压平,
然后放在铺了烤纸的烤盘上。涂上一层蛋黄液。
4)烤箱预热后,165烘烤20-25分钟或表层有点金黄色便可。
5)烘好后,把凤梨酥取出放在铁架上待凉后,封密收藏。
