烘巧克力甜甜圈 (Baked Chcolate Donuts)

快乐周末的过去。迎接美丽星期一的到来。
这一天,我、你、她有约。
让娘子立刻在柜子里搬出买了好多年而不曾用过的模子来开工。
简单的材料、轻松地搅拌,很快就能烤出一道好吃的巧克力甜甜圈了。


 烘巧克力甜甜圈

参考份量 - 约12个 

材料:

低筋面粉 100克
无糖巧克力粉 25克
发粉 1/2茶匙
盐 少许
全蛋 1个 (65克)
赤砂糖 50克
蜂蜜 15克
鲜奶 120克
溶化牛油 、沙拉油 或者 玉米油 25克
(其中一种油即可)

表层:黑巧克力 80克 、2汤匙 UHT 鲜奶油 (一起隔水煮溶顺滑)

撒面:香烤杏仁碎、巧克力米、装饰糖等等即可


【做法】

1)赤砂糖、蜂蜜和鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
2)低筋面粉、巧克力粉、发粉、盐一起过筛。
3)鲜奶和油混合均匀。
4)面粉和鲜奶交叉加入蛋液里,手拌式轻轻搅拌。
5)烤盘抹上一层油。然后把巧克力面糊倒入挤花袋里,把面糊挤入模子里。7-8分满即可。
6)预热烤箱,170度烘烤大约10分钟,用牙签插入举起,若不沾粘即可取出烤箱。
7)把巧克力甜甜圈脱模放在晒网上待凉。然后淋浆装饰即可享用。






Baked Chocolate Donuts



Make 12 donuts

Ingredients:

Low Protein Flour / Cake Flour 100gm
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 25gm
Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon
AA Egg 1 (65gm)
Organic Raw Cane Sugar 50gm
Honey 15gm
Fresh Milk 120gm
Melted Butter , Salad Oil or Corn Oil 25gm (Either One)

Chocolate Glaze 
Dark Chocolate 80gm
UHT whipping cream 2 tablespoon
** Double boiled and cook until smooth **

Topping : Almond Nibs (baked) , Chocolate Rice & Other Colour Chocolate For Decorate


[Methods]

1) Pre-heat oven to 170°C. 
2) Greased the donuts pan with oil. 
3) Combine milk and oil in a small bowl. Mix well. Set aside. 
3) Combine flour, baking powder ,cocoa powder and salt, sieve and set aside. 
4) In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly. Add sugar, honey and continue to beat until foamy. 
5) Combine egg mixture and milk mixture with flour mixture alternately. Mix until the batter is smooth. Pour the batter into a piping bag . Fill each donut count until 70-80% full. 
6) Bake for 10 min or until when a toothpick inserted into the donut come out clean. Then invert them onto a cooling rack. 
7) Glaze with chocolate and decorate.
