迷你芝司塔 (Mini Cheese Tarts)





 这一天准备了西式点心 - 迷你芝司塔和朋友一次吃下午茶。
一位朋友对娘子说,西式点心不叫 “dim sum”了。
就叫 “Touch The Hearts” - “点心”。
嘻。。嘻。。。好贴心的叫法。






  
迷你芝司塔 (Mini Cheese Tarts)

塔皮可食谱参考这里



芝司馅材料:

奶油乳酪 (cream cheese) 130克
赤砂糖 30克
蛋黄 1个
Vanilla 香草精 1/2茶匙


[ 做法 ]

1) 奶油乳酪预先室温软化。然后加入赤砂糖,搅拌均匀。
2)加入蛋黄液和香草精,拌匀。
3)把芝司糊倒入挤花袋里,将芝士糊按入迷你塔皮里。
4)预热烤箱后,放入烤箱160度,烘烤大约20分钟左右或至面糊膨胀无摇动即可。
5)待凉后,把芝司塔放入冰箱里。冷藏后才享用味道更佳。
