优格乳酪蛋糕

去年弟弟的生日做了提拉米苏蛋糕给他。
乳酪甜品是弟的最爱。 
所以今年就为他准备了乳酪蛋糕。



烘制乳酪蛋糕,娘子比较喜欢用oreo饼干来当饼底。
一来觉得oreo味道比较好,二来家里宝贝非常爱它。
 







优格乳酪蛋糕

材料:

 份量: 17cm 圆模

(A) 

蛋糕底材料

Oreo 饼干 100克  (黑色饼底)
或者
消化饼 100克  (褐色饼底)
牛油 50克 

 
[ 做法 ]

1)将oreo饼干压碎成碎末状,备用。

2)将奶油融化,再倒入饼干碎末里,混匀。

3)倒入 模型里,压紧,放入冰箱冷藏备用。


(B)

乳酪蛋糕材料
 
乳酪 (cream cheese) 250克 
*需提早取出冰箱软化*
  练奶 40克
鸡蛋 2个
原味优格 (yogurt) 100克
Vanilla香草精 1/2茶匙 


[做法]

1)将奶油乳酪、隔水加热至软化,再加入练奶用打蛋器打至顺滑状。 

2)再依序加入蛋(一次一个)和乳酪糊搅拌均匀。 

3)将盆从热水取出,加入优格(yogurt)和vanilla香精,搅拌均匀。

4)将乳酪面糊过筛后,倒入饼干底上,用水浴法,以160度烤约60分钟。 

5)从烤箱取出,连同蛋糕模一起在室温下冷却。




(C)

巧克力淋面材料:

巧克力块 70克 
 动物性(UHT)鲜奶油 60克 
牛油 1茶匙

 
[做法]
 
1)将所有材料放入锅里,隔水融化即可。
2)把巧克力酱淋在冷却的蛋糕上,放入冰箱冷藏数个小时后又或者至隔天才切开享用。
 
 
装饰: 马卡龙、 巧克力豆

    1. 哈哈哈哈哈。。。aunty啊,是我偷偷 keep stock的。常常乳酪蛋糕孩子会开心。只不过妈妈会kek心。因为。。因为。。。。???嘻嘻
